I bought a Medium and I wish I would have purchased the large. I am 5'6 and typically wear a size 8 and the medium was just a little too tight in the waist. I would recommend buying a size larger than normal. I did wear them once to the gym and oh yes do they make you sweat. By the time I got off the treadmill I had sweat dripping down my legs and honestly felt a little woozy from how hot I got. Not sure if they helped me lose any weight of course because they were just too uncomfortable being a size too small to wear more than once.

I am not a fan of this style with the fold-over top... I ordered up a size after reading reviews, and I am glad that I did, but the pants themselves are baggy even though it is hard to get them over my waist. They still get the job done, but do not like the way they fit. I prefer the original flare version.

I love these capris. I wear them to an hour long spin class each week. By the end of class my pants are soaked with sweat. These have helped increase my overall weight loss by 30%! It's not just water weight. I am keeping the weight off. They run a tad bit on the small side. I wear a size 10 and I got a large. They fit great and are not too tight.

It seemed a little tight at first but after a few weeks of using it seems to be getting looser. Although I put this down to the exercise. My legs are smoother even on days when I am not wearing them to exercise. They do what they say you do sweat with them but it's not uncomfortable untill you take them off and you realise you are dripping with sweat.I think I will go for the hot tops as well.

I love these pants...but I should have gotten the Lrg size...I normally wear 12-14 in pants/jeans. A little long on a short frame, makes it look like I had highwater pants....Hope this helps someone else.

I really like these and I think they're pretty comfortable. Equivalent to about a 3mm wet suit. I find them pretty easy to get on and I like the top of the pants.

I was unsure about this product, when i first put them on i thought they were going to be too thick for what i wanted but when i started exercising they were brilliant, they were comfortable to wear and it wasnt until i took them off that i noticed all the sweat. i would definitely recommend them to anyone even if just to wear for walking, i do a 2 hour exercise class.

They look so cute in the picture, but they were way different than what I was expecting. I was expecting them to be a bit thick, but they fit like scuba gear and they make so much noise when your legs rub together. I bought size L and the legs fit fine. You'd think they'd know that someone with big legs probably also has some extra weight to lose in the stomach, but I guess not. The waistband was so tiny I could hardly fit it over my hipbone. I'm super disappointed because they look awesome in the picture, but I'm returning them.

A little effort to get on but very comfortable when on. Love the firm fold-down top part. I would recommend this sportswear for active people.

I love it, make you sweat a lot and you feel your skin smooth after remove it. The product was deliver in time, which was very good. :D

I really like these for working out. They provide great support, are a snug fit & make your skin really soft!!
