UPDATE: I decided to give the buds another try. This time I used an Apple iPhone 7plus. The sound was better. It was good. I guess for some reason the compatibility with my S9+ is not so good. I still have to listen to it at 100% to get a decent volume level. However, with the iPhone it did not require the volume to be set so high. (Go figure).Also, I decided to recharge the battery and give it another go. It has officially been 3 hrs (albeit, about 40 mins of idle time) since the recharge and the battery is at 70%. So far so good. I'll be keeping the earbuds ;-).The only reason why I give it 4 stars instead of 5 is because of the volume issue with my Android.Other than that, I recommend these earbuds.NOTE: I am aware that some earbuds require "breaking in" before the volume reaches the maximum output.I'm wondering if that could be the issue with these. ..-------------------------------PROS - The sound quality and bass was good. The buds did not come out of my ears easily. The size/fit was perfect. The case was a good size and very convenient to carry in my small purse. Connecting and operating the buds on my devices was easy.CONS - Although the sound quality was good, for some reason the volume was low. I had to turn the volume on my phone to 100% in order to get a good level. I figured maybe it was just my phone. I tested the buds on my laptop and I had the same issue. The volume was low just the same. I downloaded an equalizer app to use with it. No dice. It just distorted the already rich sound and did not increase the volume. I reached out to the seller and they responded promptly (which I appreciated). They said that they had not tested the buds on an S9+ and asked that I wait to hear back from them. I considered that fair and was going to wait until they finished testing the buds. In the meantime I figured I'd use them anyway (with the volume at 100%) because I really wanted to keep them. I wanted to love them. Esp since I liked the sound quality. I charged the buds/case until the battery was full then fired up a 45 min documentary to watch on my phone. After 41:02 in -- the buds died. The battery did not last for even a complete hour. I will be returning this item.

For the price tag of $29 (with coupon), this is an amazing product. The audio is clear and the sound quality is pretty good. The noise cancelling is really good (not exceptional though). I had this on for few hours and surprisingly it did not hurt my ears, unlike other brands. They come with different ear buds, so you can choose the right one for your ears. I tried a lot to shake them off from my ears, but the ear buds never moved a bit. Kudos to the design!The pairing was seamless and the charge holds on for about 2.5 to 3 hours of usage. I also used them for taking phone calls and so far had no complaints. The call quality was surprisingly clear with no lag.Overall I am satisfied with this purchase (especially for the price). If you are a serious audiophile who can distinguish the minute nuances, then you need spend $200+ and get the right product. But if you are a normal user like me who enjoys music and likes to take phone calls without any call drop, then this is a great steal!!

I have had these headphones for a few weeks now. The instructions are fairly easy to understand and the headphones offer a lot of versatility. I use mine on long bike rides, and the hands free feature was a must for me. I can change songs, access siri, and speak on the phone all through a few taps on the headphones. The microphone quality was a little weaker than I anticipated, but you can still be understood considering how far the microphone is from your mouth, even when I was riding. The sound is very clear and offers dual earphone usage or individual if you are looking to lengthen your battery life, or only use one at a time. I would recommend this product to a friend, and will likely purchase again in the future if a newer model releases. 9/10

TL;DR- Great set of wireless headphones. I highly recommend them to anyone interested in a bunch of features and a decent price point.The Ebass X7 headphones are absolutely awesome. The sound is crisp and you can really hear the bass. The headphones actually sound better than another more expensive pair of wireless headphones I own. The headphones were easy to set up (pair together first, then pair with your phone) and are completely wireless when wearing them. No cords!The Ebass X7 headphones comes packed with additional features. On your mobile device you can view the headphone’s power levels to monitor the battery level. Also you can wear both at the same time or just the right earphone. Just wearing one earphone drains the battery fast as to be expected, but the left earphone works as a Bluetooth extender to your mobile device.In addition to great sound when playing music, I was pleasantly surprised the headphones can be used to answer phone calls and talk on the phone. The sound quality and connection during phone calls was perfect and I had no issues.I like the tiny sunglass holder style case the headphones come with for charging. The tiny holder can easily fit in pant pockets and doesn’t take much room if you’re planning on packing it in a carry on while traveling. The holder is where the headphones are charged and connects to a wall charger via an included USB charging cord. I absolutely love the USB connector on the charging cord because it’s super convenient. You could charge on wall chargers that you probably already own, and on the go with an external charger or car charger.The only complaint I have so far is very minor. The headphones aren’t weren’t intuitive to me initially so I’ll have to keep the control guide handy until I memorize how to switch between songs or pause my music.My husband has already hijacked the headphones from me (took him less than a day lol) and uses the headphones to listen to music underneath his hearing protection that he wears for work. My husband has had nothing but glowing reviews for this product as well, and did not have the same problem with remembering the headphone controls like aI did. He said the headphones were comfortable to wear over a few hours.So overall I give the headphones a well-deserved 5/5 stars. The headphones exceeded all my expectations and came at a great price point considering all the features available. If I purchase another wireless headphone set, I will definitely be looking to buy another Ebass X7 or at a minimum headphones from the same manufacturer.
