This is a long term review. Product is working fine ☺️ it is comfortable to wear for a short time may be 2 hours. But beyond it feels uncomfortable.Speakers are loud enough. But we can still hear people talking if their conversation is loud and microphone is fare enough. Haven't received any feedback from anyone that they're having issues with my face and clarity.Haven't faced any issues and it serves it's purpose. Do recommend people looking for budget friendly headset.Thanks 👍

A good quality headphones, perfect for office meetings as the noice cancellation is very good. Easy connectivity. But for the longer duration, it can get painfull around the ears as the cushions on them is small and not soft. Overall it's a fine product

Clear audio sound and great mic. I was able to wear this for long hours so its value for money

Not happy with the product. It is too hard. Should have been more comfortable and softer. Won't recommend. My previous one from the same company but a different model is much better

Update after almost a year of use - I'm not a heavy user but sadly the noise cancellation stopped working and my teams tells me that my voice doesnt charm them anymore.So I contacted tech support and unfortunately they don't have service center in Bangalore to fix the headsets. I removed one star. Duh.I used this headset for about two years, and it worked like a charm. I recently started having issues with noise cancellation and the mic got a bit loose and won't stand in place.However, this is the most useful headset I have ever purchased. I have a Sales job and I WFH, so you can imagine my plight of not having good noise-cancellation headphones.My colleagues would ask which headset I use because my voice is crisp and clear with no background noise. So I am going to buy it again as I don't have the time to visit the service centre.

Speaker and mic quality is good.Worth the money. Very comfortable and easy to use.

The mute button doesn't mute or unmute on teams. If you are a Microsoft Teams user who has to attend calls on teams on a regular basis, you should consider buying Teams certified headset instead. Overall audio and microphone quality is adequate. Ear pad quality is not the most comfortable, but certainly not the worst. Headphone is light, the cable length is good enough and you can comfortably wear it for hours before you feel it.

Looks good, works good. Not very comfortable but ok. If you need to use it for many hours everyday then may be not very good. If you use it every now and then for 30 to 60 minutes then no problem.Sound is loud, microphone is very good and there is sufficient noise cancellation but not 100%.Only problem I have faced till now is sometimes microphone does not get detected. removing and using again works sometimes.Sometime I have to restart system or I have to uninstall and then reinstall its drivers.
