Good room heater
This heater looks very good, it came in very nice. The heater's apperance is a straight plus one from the original old heater we got used to seeing. Having this in the room makes it feel much better than having those radiators. The remote control makes it easy for us to turn it on from our cozy bed in the winter when its just too comfortable for us to get out of the bed to turn on the heater. This heater heats up the room really fast and doesn't make noises

Poor Product that didn't work well or last
Out of the box, the heater looked nice. However, the programming was faulty so that setting the temp and modes didn't change appropriately with the up down buttons on the remote or the heater itself. After a week or so, it stopped heating altogether.

Malfunctioning Temperature Control
BAD:1) Remote Control is not functioning.2) Temperature Control is also not working right.For example, Up Arrow lowers the temperature while Down Arrow does the opposite.3) The package was sealed with a lot of packaging tapes like it was opened, used, and recycled.4) Too big and heavy to return it . . . .The same heater purchased from other sellers arrived in a good condition and has been working great.Never order from JOYROAD.***********************************************************************************************UPDATE (12/23/2019)Upgraded from 1 Start to 2 Stars.While the unit's temperature control is malfunctioning (i.e., Up Arrow lowers the temperature settings),it heats up nicely and (apparently) safely.

Don't Buy This Product
It was missing a front panel screw. The styrofoam form fitting pieces disintegrated and pellets are now inside. It smells like fish once turned on. The settings not intuitive. Who made this thing. I feel screwed. Also the packing was impossible to deal with. Don't buy this stylish but pain to install and use heater.

Really nice looking piece of junk
I got it on 12/1 and it has ALREADY stopped working. AND I LIVE IN CALIFORNIA so it hasn't even had to work much! A pretty piece of junk is all this is. And they won't let me return to it because the return date was 4 days ago. Are you serious?
