Too thin, too expensive.
I think there are better choices out there that cost less. Don't let the higher price fool you into thinking this pan is superior. The only thing you are getting with this pan is that it's stainless steel so doesn't rust, but if you burn something in it the black burnt stuff is very difficult to get off, and the pan will be scratched up once you do.This pan is very thin, so the paella burns very easily. I think it's about the same as most paella pans, but if you can find a thicker one, buy it instead of this one (unfortunately they don't tell you how thick each pan is). You have to be very careful when using it because it will ruin the paella if you burn it.I would go with a cheaper pan, that maybe isn't so pretty but will work at least as well or better. They might distribute the heat better. This pan does work if you're careful, but doubtfully any better than the cheaper ones, and its uses are limited.

Need to check size and number of people it serves!
Beautiful 14 inch pan for cooking paella recipes. Only thing I didn’t think about was that this lovely pan cooks for more than two people. I am ordering a 10 inch size that should feed my hubby and myself.

Sticky glue from price brand sticker
Pan is great. Glue of the sticker reminds me of Seinfeld. They might use same glue that killed George's wife in the series. Awful Chinese garbage that sticks to the pan like crazy glue. Could not removed. Cleaned so hard that I messed up the enamel protective later or whatever shining part... Total sadness. Good product. Messed up by a sticker placed in the Spanish factory. It is not the merchants fault...

18-8 Stainless pan
If you intend to make paella frequently, the rusting of a carbon steel pan may be easier to control. if your usage is less frequent, an 18-8 stainless may be easier to babysit.

Great Pan
We have used this a few times now, and it makes some really good food. We use it on the stove, and because it doesn't spread heat very well, you have to keep an eye on things and move the pain around a bit, otherwise it will burn, but that's just how paella pans work. It's a very pretty pan in stainless. Not so fun to clean, but the food is great.

great pan
We have wanted to buy a paella pan for a long time now and finally chose this one. It comes with recipes to help you get started and they are easy to follow. The pan is specially made to allow for soccarat, the rice to burn a little on the bottom, making it crunchy. I definitely suggest this for anyone who wants to try to make paella for the first time or for seasoned professionals!
