I like it!
It's not a cure, but I don't want to take drugs to "cure" it. Those reported side effects are a bit too scary for me. It's just a topical treatment, but the best topical treatment I've found.There's no smell, the gel is ultra-easy to apply with its twist-to-open-and-close top (like the top on a bottle of Elmer's glue), it dries quickly, and it really, really helps.

Better than a prescription...
I've been dealing with a dry, flaky scalp due to the scalp psoriasis for the past 2 years. I've visited a dermatologist which prescribed a scalp oil, which gave me next to no relief and severely greasy hair. I had tried essential oil, DIY methods, oral supplements/vitamins and medicated shampoos with no improvement. I bought this product on a whim because of the excellent reviews.Not even a week into using this product and I've already noticed tremendous improvement. You can literally see the flakes coming off as you brush or comb your hair. I also like the consistency of this product. It is a medium weight gel that does not leave behind a lot of residue, meaning you can use this product in the morning and can still go out without looking like a greasy mess. I am hopeful this product will completely cure my condition. If not, I am happy with the improvement it has made so far.

I’m leaving a review because I myself rely on reviews. I’ve been using this product for only a few days and have noticed a huge difference. I also know that every person is different, but maybe you’re like me :)

It didn’t work for me. It was like putting aloe on eczema. A sticky cooling jell that did nothing but make me want to wash it off

better than any prescription i've used!
i have both ppp and plaque psoriasis. the plaque has recently spread, and i have been trying everything that has good reviews. some have helped and some have not. this has made a huge difference AND in less than a week. i have already ordered another bottle. it's the best AND the least expensive product i've used and it's not greasy and it doesn't smell weird (to me anyway . . . alcohol smell sort of). it has 3% salicylic acid and zink and both seem to make a huge difference. helps with itching and stinging and also helps the skin to "shed" and be smoother better than anything i've used in the four years since i've had this mess. i have used on my foot/ankle/soles/face/neck . . . and ALL have improved. i do NOT want to take the bioligics & other rxs that're advertised. the side effects sound as bad or worse than the psoriasis . . . everything from stomach issues to suicide!

It did not work for me.
This did not work. It only made the psoriasis spread. It burned every time I put it on. Now I have a full new box left which I cannot return
