Yes, the pole mount is connected to the rail mount, simply remove the pole mount and bolt onto rails. I have the same set up. Please note that you may not get the desired color scheme. I ordered the green and got black, but still a good seat.

Q: Very interested in buying, but have read several times the seat has “fell apart” or “broken Into pieces” Why is this happening?

Cannot imagine this seat falling apart unless it is left in the rain, snow, high heat for a long time. It's a very strong seat and made well - except I can imagine the reflective decal on the back might eventually come off if used outside.

Q: What are the dimensions? Width and length?

This vendor is not professional and I'll not buy, simply put a picture with dimensions as in so many other sensible competitors webpages would have allowed buyers to determine if it is fit for them. Even the Q&A the vendor's answer was not clear, which is telling!
