These are the BEST heat patches I have ever tried! I get very bad cramping and needed something I could wear for work. I was so amazed at how long one patch lasted. It lasted for my entire 9 hr shift!!! I even went home and it was still going. I am definitely stocking up on these! It’s also the perfect temperature! I am a preschool teacher so I am rarely sitting down and the comfort these heat patches gave me was amazing. Other heat patches never lasted this long.

I purchased these recently to use as an on the go heating pad for cramps. They do stay on for long periods. If you use a heating pad for relief of period cramps give these a try.

i got it yesterday and as soon as i opened it i tried the balm and it immediately started warming up. it stayed warm for hours and i didn’t feel my cramps all day. it’s a way smaller bottle than i expected (it may look big in my hand but i have small hands) but you only need a small amount to massage wherever you feel the cramps. i didn’t even need to open the heating pad because the balm worked so well for me. I’ve also used their perfect fit disc and i can definitely say it’s my Goldilocks. so far the cora products i’ve used have not let me down❤️

I suffer from unbearable pain the first two days of my period that not even high doses of ibuprofen can deal with. These patches are the only thing that help me sleep at night. They don't really last for 8 hours as advertised, but it's still better than other brands I've tried.

The adhesive sucks, doesn’t stay on the skin and doesn’t heat up well.

Slap one of these on before heading to work and it helps keep my cramps away all day.
