I am so in love with this speaker! I have been using it for almost 2 weeks and I like it more every time I use it! Not only does this speaker look incredible, It sounds incredible!I have a Mini Jambox that I also love, but I was looking for something a lil tougher and waterproof to take to the beach and boating. This speaker fits the bill in every way! The only thing that was hard for me to get use to is the volume is completely controlled through your phone, there is no volume adjuster on the speaker at all. We have played many genres of music on this speaker and everything sounds great. My 16 year old son was also very impressed how his tunes sounded coming out of it, he said "this thing has some serious base"! I usually connect through my iPhone 6, and with my phone volume all the way up it is clear ...and loud! The quality of the sound when the volume is at the highest surpasses the performance of my Mini Jambox. It is super easy connecting this speaker to a device and it stays charged for an incredibly long time. I have not immersed this speaker, but it has been splashed plenty already with no problems at all. I also love the wrist strap that came with it. At first I wasn't going to put it on but since I did I have found it to be very helpful and useful.I bought the gold color speaker and I personally think you can't even call it gold. It is the lightest softest gold color I have ever seen, almost a silverish with a hint of rose gold... a very small hint. I love this little speaker! I bought this so I could listen to music outside on my balcony. There's lots of ambient street noise in the city and my laptop speakers were just getting drowned out by all the city sounds. This little guys does the trick:Pros:- It's really small and portable- It looks really nice and sleek, doesn't look sporty and covered with silicone (this means it'll get scratched if you scrape it against concrete, but I haven't had that problem yet, and probably won't since I'm only using it indoors and on my balcony, which is covered in fake grass)- It sounds great! I was really surprised at the quality, but I can hear everything really well, and the bass sounds great- Easy connecting to devices, just makes a little double beep when you're connectedI don't really have any cons other than the fact that it can't be password protected, meaning anyone within 33 feet of your speaker can connect to it as well. I live in an apartment so any of my adjacent neighbors would have access to connect to it.I would definitely recommend it and having listened to other more expensive portable speakers, I'd say the quality is pretty much the same except this speaker is more affordable.

Oh yes indeed, this speaker is a real winner. It is a stylish looking speaker, thin and not really very heavy -- but it is huge on sound. Very impressive at that. Plenty of bass (which is what everyone really wants, right?) and it gets very loud and does not distort. The speaker uses two 5 watt drivers and a passive radiator for bass in the back and you can definitely tell! Just hold this speaker while it is playing and you can FEEL the power that it is emitting.This speaker uses Bluetooth version 4.0 and I can really hear the difference! Previous versions of Bluetooth, especially 2.1 sounds really bad to my ears. The higher frequencies get very scratchy and watery. None of those issues here. With 4.0, you are really getting high fidelity!!!I also like the fact that this speaker includes a TF/MicroSD card readers, so you can load all of your mp3 files on it and listen to music without the need for Bluetooth, if you desire. This will save your smartphone's battery (an iPhone in my case.) I usually say "you'll get better sound from that card reader," but since this speaker uses the aforementioned Bluetooth 4.0, the sound quality is virtually indistinguishable using either method of playback.Pairing is fast and easy -- I had this up and running within a minute. The build quality of this unit is excellent as it has a metal exterior. It is also waterproof, which is amazing because I would imagine that would muffle the sound to protect the speaker drivers. No muffled sound here -- it is quite crisp and clear!Is there anything to NOT like about this speaker? Nothing that I can find. It's really perfect and deserves the five stars that I am giving it. It has a sound quality that would normally cost double this price, but Gsou has pulled off a small miracle here. A small miracle with BIG sound!I purchased this speaker at a discount in exchange for a fair and honest review.

Stopped working after 3 weeks
