Not 10 by 10
The grill inside is 10 by 10 but they dod not incluse the outside border. Therefore making it unusable.

Some of the frames were bent
Some of the frames were bent when I received it. Couldn’t be bothered to return it and wait for another so I decided to use it.I use it to cover the open vent in my room, however I noticed my room wasn’t getting as cool as it used too.So I went ahead and flipped it upside down and my room started getting cooler.The only down side is with it being upside down, you can see the inside of the vent which defeats the purpose of me buying this in the first place but it izz what it izz

Product was delivered bent but we were still able to use
Product served purpose intended for. Packing was not sufficient. Product came dented

Liked it. Worked perfect in kitchen ceiling allowing the cupboard door to open

Was a perfect fit for the grill it replaced.
It was a perfect fit for the grill it replaced which seemed to have lost it's coating of paint and started to show rust. was easy to install just as any other grill.The product however is made of thin metal, not as sturdy as the one it replaced, it's cheaper for that reason I guess, that said once installed, you would be hard pressed to tell the difference.
