These work great as egg/egg white molds when making breakfast sandwiches. I do still spray them with a little olive oil but the eggs come out clean and cook perfectly. Just don't forget to put them on a baking sheet before filling them!

Just like with other pans/moulds, I do spray it with no stick spray and have never had an issue with them sticking. Will be using it for tarts as well! Not disappointed at all!

Spray oil so the eggs don’t stick. If you do that then easy to clean. Holds one egg or 3 tablespoons of egg white. Makes it very versatile to use for other purposes as well

I thought this was hard to clean. For that reason I won't use much.
