Ridiculous packaging for this item, which is basically the size of a rolling pin!! Does a good job and a not as painful as a foam roller can sometimes be.

Ideal for my husband who travels a lot. Its just short enough that he can slip it into his rucksack and hardly takes up any room, and he can grab it out of his bag in the office and discretely roll it on his IT band under the desk - no need to get out a massive tube and lie on the floor in the office or in a tiny hotel room. Perfect. Just the ticket.

Arrived quickly and very easy to use. Find it difficult to apply a pressure to make it effective in certain areas but much more pleasant to use compared to the large foam roller I have.

An extremely handy piece of kit. Does a much better job than a foam roller and far easier to use. I use it on the legs before and after a session on the bike, severe leg cramp has now been consined to history.

Can't believe it's taken me this long. Great item and at £12 it ridiculously good value for the relief it gives aching muscles. Absolute no brainer and obviously highly recommended.

I don't get the hype on this one. Bought this for my bf who is an avid foam roller fan but has some expensive big rollers that he doesn't carry around with him. I wanted to get something portable for him for after gym sessions or when he is feeling particilarly sore on the go. This is far too plastic in my opinion. I really wanted to take it back but it was too stressful to bother with the return and purchasing something else before Christmas. Massively afraid this is going to gather dust as it just doesn't compare with decent foam rollers. The reviews sold it to me but I should have known it was too plastic. They are marketing it on the fact that the pieces move as you roll it but unless you press down hard and do some fancy professional deep massaging, it's not going to have the same effect on the muscles for a true elite athlete as uneven foam rolling surfaces, in my opinion. Also, the packaging was a scruffy and cheap looking. I'm just hoping I'm wrong and it works for him and he isn't too disappointed that it looks like I don't know what I'm talking about when it comes to his avid interest in sport haha!

These rollers are the best and for the price they are built well and work wonderful. I seriously thought when I ordered it that it was going to be something cheaply made because of the price of it. the picture do not show the true look of this product. I was really surprised when I received it and it was built well and a perfect size. I bought this for my daughter as she has neck and upper back problems and has extremely tight muscles. She tried this and loved it. Yes it hurts when you first use it but it helps to relax the muscle and depending on how hard you push with it you are either doing a deep massage or a light massage. I actually ordered another one for my husband as he also has tight muscles. They also shipped it really fast as I was thought there might be a delay as I ordered it really close to Christmas but I got in in a few days. Would I recommend this and ordering from this company! Yes! Absolutely !

I bought this for my 13 year old daughter who has been having chronic Right knee pain due to a very tight IT band that is pulling her Patella (knee cap) out of alignment and causing pain to the outside of her knee. Our Orthopedist recommended a stretching and roller stick regimen, hence the purchase of this product. The size and grip are just right, but it would be nice to have rubber rollers, rather than hard plastic ones. I have to use it very gently so it's not too painful on my daughter's leg. I was tempted to get one of these with rubber or foam rollers, but they were more adult sized. Overall I think this is a good product at a great price.

The handle broke after several months of use. I only used it as prescribed. It is still usable with some duct tape.

Bought it for my calf because I was having issues with it during and after running, and discovered it can be used for a whole lot more than that. Works great for rolling out those muscles in your legs, back, shoulders and neck. When using it on the back of your neck it pulls the little hairs on the back of your neck a little bit but the pressure from rolling it to get those knots out is awesome and worth it. Definitely worth the price. Debated between this one and the larger style offered by Elite. I would've spent the money on the larger style to make it easier to roll out those shoulder blades had I known it was going to work this good.
