This arrived with a nice little thank you note and a bag to use. The sock itself is quite thick but very very well made. It is also very comfy on with no seams or issues.I struggle with my lower ankle sometimes where I turned it a few years ago, usually after i have had a long walk.This pack can be put in the fridge, just pop in the supplied bag and put it in. It gives about 30 minutes of cold and about 2 hours to actually get cold.It can also be placed in the microwave for hot therapy, about 20 seconds gives you again around 30 minutes of heat.All the sock goes either cold or hot all round as the whole sock changes. The sock is thick and would be no good if you plan to do something like put a shoe or slipper on but if you are sat at night and your foot or ankle is hurting I have found this really does help. It does relieve pain, for me anyway, it beats just normal ice packs for example as you can leave it alone and walk about with it on etc. However I would have liked it to be a little longer in the ankle area just to help cover the area around the ankle bone more.It is simple to use and is effective and it is very comfy on, it feels nice and snug but also padded, I really like it.

Good for small feet but I am size 9 (43) mens and it doesn’t fit me. Otherwise fine.

When I received this and got it out of the box, my first impressions was that it looked and felt like a wet suit material, so you can imagine I was a bit skeptical. Before reading the instructions, I thought you had to soak the sock in cold water and then wear but no, there is no need at all. I'm a shoe size UK7 EU 41, so when I put this on I realised it can easily cater for possibly two sizes larger. It already arrived super chilled to test before I started to use it full time and it was such a weird sensation when putting on for the first time. The wet suit material is actually a super thin gel layer but the thickness of a wet suit material. Omg, it was utter bliss as soon as I put it on and there is a strap for your ankle to hold in place if required, I chose not to use the strap as I was already sitting down. Even though there isn't a seam under the sock, just because of how it is made and how it arrived, I was very aware of the crease line at first. This also comes with it's own little bag to pop into the freezer, fridge or microwave. I have only ever opted for the fridge as the freezer I found too cold and haven't needed to use the microwave. It has really helped my plantar fasciitis in aid of my recovery.

Having damaged my ankle last year quite bad. Walking or standing on it now for too long can sometimes lead to it really aching. I wanted some think like this to ice it up. This is a really soft thick sock really. Which you put in the fridge or freezer until it's cold then use. It's stretchy so it does stretch to fit, however I am a size 9 and kind of feel it needs to be bigger. The idea is good but, it ices more of my foot and toes than my ankle. I really had to pull it up and use the velcro to keep it in place, in order for it to work on my ankle. It does work well as a cold compress but in my case more on my foot than ankle.

It'd be far better if two socks came in this thing, because to have one foot hot or cold and the other normal is rather weird and also, with feet injuries, typically both feet suffer injury at once, at least in my experience. They're easy to carry, have gel inside, they're not lightweight, they're rather heavy, and you can either use them for cold or for hot. Great!

Great for sports use but personally I use it for blood pooling. Despite coming from the freezer the sock isn’t harsh and doesn’t cause any cold burns. It’s still soft and easy to put on. It provide full coverage of icing to the entire foot. Definitely recommend

I am a size uk 9 and these just fitted just right. I think any bigger and it will be real struggle to fit. Essentially it is a wearable ice pack. Also can be used in use as a hot pack by simply microwaving it for 10-40 seconds. It can be strapped to stop it from falling off. Also I wish it was longer to cover more of the ankle

This coller sock is absolutely brilliant!Due to vitamin imbalance after my operation, i get very hot feet at night, to the point that i cant sleep.I have placed this sock in the freezer and took it out before going to bed.Placed it on my feet, and have an amazing relief. Kept it on each foot for 10min.The quality is superb, feels nice on. The downside for me is cleaning it between uses to put it back in its bag in the fridge clean. It is spot clean/ hand wash only, a paper thin internal liner to be easily washed or even a packet of disposable paper think liners would be a massive improvement, as is it is fine for ad hoc home use but to use more often in, say a gym, it needs to be easier and quicker to turn it around to keep it cleanOverall, effective pads that help alleviate pain/discomfort and do the job they;re designed to, well. Happy customer.I highly recommend it
