This cutting board set has been so nice to use. You have multiple sizes to work with and the overall construction is fantastic. It hasn't chipped, split, or warped on us. We use these then wash after use, dry and put away. They are really great and I can't recommend them enough.

Decided to try these and for the most part, they are fine. Sizes are good, quality is a bit off for Carote products. I found them just a tad rough in spots. Otherwise, sturdy. Look great! I'm still not sold on the cleanliness of wood again but I'm trying!

Thin- they warped rather quickly but they were inexpensive

I was sick of my plastic stained cutting boards that were dulling my knives.I found this set of 3 acacia wood cutting boards.The sizes are good. The largest is probably too small to cut up a whole chicken but as you can see big enough to cut up a large pineapple.The medium board good for serving, chopping vegetables etc.The small board is good for a small charcuterie board or small servings.Quality is good but after a quick rinse out of the box the surface did splinter up.No care directions. I'd recommend the manufacturer to include how to properly care for these boards. After a web search, a quick warm soapy rinseand dry...I broke out my butcher block oil I have. I oiled them going with the grain (these are edge grain...not end grain).Then some more research, I found edge grain may show knife marks more. No biggie.The small board had a weird hump where the planing sander dug in a bit. So the top isn't completely flat like the medium and large boards.I'm assuming you can use the other side as well as the edges are tapered and painted. I wouldn't see why you couldn't.Good boards just think they should include care instructions.

PROs:- 3 sizes make it easy to get the right one for your needs- Nice wood grain feel, lightweight, and unpolished- Easily scrape off any scraps into the trashCONs:- One of the boards looked like it had a knot right where they placed their brand name, so it looks like it didn’t etch the “r” right in the board.OVERALL:Our previous cutting boards were well overdue for replacement so I was glad to come across these. They are about ½” thick and have a hole in each one for quick grip/movements or should you choose to hang them. After some cutting, they’ve held up well to the first series of lunches and dinners. I wish they were just a tad thicker but they are holding up and I can’t complain about the price for getting 3 cutting boards in a set.
