Very nice coat! It’s the first time the hoodie can actually be used for real and not just for style. It fits his head perfectly! Liam is 21-pound Boston Terrier and we got the medium. It’s a nice fit but I wonder if a size up would be better or way too big. If he’s wearing something else under it it gets a bit tight but still works.

Great quality. This jacket has a velcro strip for the closure. We have a different jacket with three snaps, that we like better.

Jacket is way too cut and very practical. I bought it for our 16lb dog because we were having subzero windchills in Wisconsin. Jacket is easy to put on And velcro stays closed. The hood is also detachable....BONUS! Definitely would buy again.

I took a long time looking and trying to pick what will keep my almost 14, super cold natured Yorkie, Cooper warm & comfortable!! This coat is sooooo nice! It is everything it says + more!! It is perfect and I could NOT be more pleased!! I have no doubt out of all my choices....this was definitely the right one for us!

It arrived promptly! The quality is top notch! Feels like human quality clothing. Super plush and very well lined. Easy to put on. The velcro closure is completely enclosed when lined up correctly so their are no sharp edges. It is true to size. I have a blue heeler mix that weighs 37lbs. She is a slender build and the large fit perfectly with room to spare around the middle. She also has a small head and neck so the proportions are perfect! I can't wait for winter❄!

I did not expect to like this coat as much as I did. I ordered this and a Kuoser reversible vest. The Metallic Fashion Pet Parka Coat really surprised me! Some of the reviews said it wasn't long enough in the back, but it fits my dog like a glove. She is a chihuahua dachshund mix, 15-17 lbs, Neck is 13", Chest 18" and Back is 14". I ordered a medium for her. The color is also better than expected. I thought since I was gambling on this parka I could try a brighter color since I thought I wouldn't like it. The pink is NOT as bright as the pictures show. Even my pictures make it look really bright. It's a much darker pink. The hood is easily removable. Zipper is plastic but works good. The two zippers on the back are connected to make one small pocket. The velcro seems sturdy so far. I did pull out one big loose thread from the velcro but nothing that I saw unraveled or came loose. I like the fact that 3M put their name on it too with "Thinsulate" insulation. It'll be great for the winter!One con is that it is NOT waterproof at all! So I might treat it with some rain repellent that I already use for shoes and boots.Overall, this parka seems like a decently well made coat. Quality reminds me of a coat we would wear.

So this is a very well made coat. The first thing was that it really is designed for a dog. The hood is the first one ever that actually fit the dog’s head it wasn’t the typical huge thing that flopped over their eyes, down the nose and then at the first wind blew off; it fit the top of the head and stays pretty well too. Stitching, design and Velcro are very well done and the color is true to the picture. The one con that I have is the sizing is wrong. If you look at the picture you can see it gathers in several areas. Well when you totally stretch it out and hold it there you get the width and length they claim; that’s just too uncomfortable and it is difficult to do the Velcro when you pull it that tight. We took the time to measure the dog so we’d get the right fit and so I’m mad that they weren’t really truthful. My dog was in the low end of the medium range and it is just not a good fit. If you do not stretch it at all and measure it, it measures the same as the small that they advertise but the tag says it is the medium. Therefore I’ll order a large next time. I’d recommend this coat to anyone needing to keep their dog warm and the cold wind out but please get a size larger than they advertise or you will not be happy. Additionally, the length is NOT proportional to a normal dog. I’m not sure what breed the large is suppose to fit but it certainly isn’t an Aussie, the coat only covers half his body; I was looking for something that would go down to the tail.

The media could not be loaded.  1st time using this jacket, it snowed and rained in Vancouver. Was at the dog park with our puppy Frenchie for about an hour. When we took the jacket off, water didn't soak through and the inside lining was warm and dry. Our Frenchie wasn't phased at all by the weather.The only downside is, not the manufacturer's fault, we had to order an XL to fit our Frenchie's chest, then shorten the back because it was way too long. The L was the perfect length, but didn't fit his chest. Because I modified it, I saw the 3M lining and insulation inside. Pretty well made and lived up to the functionality.The hoodie zipper is fine, but the back pocket's zippers seized and we can't use it. Not a dealbreaker, but would be nice to put some dog bags in there.

This coat is warm and soft and not crinkly noisy like others. My dog actually likes wearing it! He's a 5lbs Papillon and hates wearing coats....not this one it fits in all the right places and keeps him warm and cozy/dry...I order a size small because I can layer it with his hoody long sleeve sweatshirt . A size xs would fit more snug without the under layer. The size chart is accurate! This coat fits well and is made well and the hood zips off too! Priced right for the quality of fit and workmanship. Pet Life jacket is fit for the curves needed to fit my male dog! Thank you for making a quality coat fit for a small breed dog. I will buy again from this brand name "Pet Life "AND the opening for hooking up (on his back) to his harness is spot on!!!

I’m so disappointed this was so far out in size. This jacket seemed really good quality and looked great. I used the chart, measured my dog and ordered as per the chart. It was very far from being able to fit, I would have reordered a size up but the body length was already as long as it could be for him. It would be nice on a slim build dog… no chunkies or deep chested breeds. I would say size large fits something like a beagle or smaller spaniel.

Pissed off that the sizes showed till XL. So I thought it was the largest. They need to show all sizes which it comes in regardless of what's available . I bought XL and it's way too small for a Labrador Retriever.LIKES:Inside looks really warm. Good looking jacket. Outside material is just meh, a bit plasticky looking.Don't like:What I don't like at all is the velcro on the stomach from front to back - it does not have a flap. So the hard edge will totally dig in or be felt. You can have a flap sewn on.The neck does not have a stretch and it should. The body has a stretch.Rest looks fine.The best part is of course the warmth.Returning because of size.

I love these coats! The camouflage pics is my 17lb Boston Terrier Otis in a size Medium and it fits him perfectly! It’s so warm and well made and honestly similar to coats I have bought my son in the past. Even has the thinsulate 3M technology for warmth. We live in Niagara Falls, Canada and so I know this will keep him warm! That all said, I have to return the black coat...it’s a size Large and that’s my 30lb Boston Zeke wearing it...it fits too tight around his broad chest. I already tried the X-Large for him too and sadly that one is way too long for him and goes well over his bum so he wouldn’t be able to do his business. It’s more a fit issue for him because he’s on the thick side for a Boston and not the fault of the coats.
