Very good for the price!
I bought the boom arm for a Shure MV7 microphone and it works perfectly with it but you will need to use the provided adapter with the boom in order to mount it because the hole is too big on the microphone mount. I have a Shure SM7B on the way as well and I'm sure it'll work the same with it as well. I didn't notice any instructions with how to put the arm together but it was pretty straight forward. Once it is together, it holds extremely well to whatever you mount it on but it can be a bit difficult to move the arm out of the way once you're done using the microphone and just want it out of your workspace. But for the small price you pay, it's a darn good boom. I highly recommend it for anyone who wants something good on a small budget!

Overall, good.
So it was an up and down experience, they sent me the wrong product, but that was quickly sorted out via amazon. As for the product its self, the arm is very stable, and very strong, the pop filters are very high quality, dual layer. the arm attachments are where i have a few issues. They are very small (my own fault for not paying enough attention to the product description) much smaller than i thought they would be, I got one of them to work and so, I cant complain too much. The pop filter, however, only works with the smaller of the 2 shock grips, and thus, if that one is too small, you dont have a pop filter, at all. So they include 2 arms, a phone holder, and an adapter, but the pop filter ONLY works on one arm, which really annoys me.All in all, minor issues really, I am enjoy the arm, it is doing with i need it to (I.E. holding my studio mic for streaming!) and will be fine for a good while. I do recommend getting a separate pop filter however, just for adaptability.

No Pop for Large Mics
This thing is SOLID! For someone of petite size, this was EASY to put together. All metal from top to bottom other than the Shock Mounts (Yes there are 2 sizes that comes with thing!) and the Pop Filter. The pictures kinda mislead to having one Shock Mount but that's probably my fault, I was trying to find a durable enough Mic Mount that I must've overlooked the details of the Shock Mount. The Pop Filter is plastic and I didn't realize that when I was putting it together that it only worked for the Small Shock Mount which isn't the one I needed. Be careful with the Pop Filter too cause mine broke when I was screwing in the extension rod and it separated at the top. This Pop Filter would've benefit just going all the way through the hole and used the nut that came with to tighten it on the other side. Other wise, this thing is great!

Best mic arm for 3 times the money.
This is a great arm for the money which is the only way to think about it. These low cost arms are everywhere online but this one includes a small and large, rubber-band shock mount which is uncommon. Everything fits, tightens up well, and does not come loose. I used a Beringer XM8500 (Shure SM58 clone) in the small mount and it holds well with the arm, very steady, does not waver. I did not try the big shock mount but I am more skeptical of this mount to hold a large mic. Overall, a great product for under $50.

Great quality for the price!
Its a great quality product at the price, and has a lot of range and movement to offer. It's just a bit stiff even after a month of using it daily for about 10hrs each day..it's still a bit difficult to get in and out of the correct position. But overall it's a great mic arm for the price..can't beat the quality you get.

Works well. Almost TOO well.
Got this microphone for livestreaming and it works pretty well. Got it to work on my mid 2012 macbook pro running 10.12.3 and using OBS 0.16.2 (mac) with little to no issues (mostly just set up stuff that you can watch tutorials for on youtube). Just beware that the microphone works VERY well and will pick up other sounds besides you, especially if you're not using it in a sound proof room. I live on a busy street and the microphone can pick up most of the street noises, but thats on me and not anything negative about this microphone

Cheap and Fragile
Very "budget" quality. I bought 4 of them. First one I unboxed, the rivet holding the cap on the bottom of the shaft was snapped. Looked at the other 3 stands and one of those was like this too. The others, the cap was snapped. I solved this on all 4 by driving a self tapping screw into each one in a new location. They still can't handle ANY downward pressure applied to them without feeling like they're going to snap. Also, the flexible gooseneck is not as long as pictured in the ad.
