Good quality, sturdy pan with a good non-stick coating. My cake turned out very easily after inverting the pan until cold and loosening the edges & centre with a palette knife. I read some reviewers were concerned that it did not have a loose bottom, but in my experience, it is not need. I previously tried an aluminium one with a loose bottom and it was very thin and easily bent. I sent that one back and bought this pan, which is a "keeper."

One small fault is difficulty removing cake from tin if stuck to the bottom. No grease used in Angel Cake. Would benefit from a loose bottom.
