I’ve used them for years, and I can tell that they aren’t made as well as they used to be. Sometimes when cleaning one’s ears, the stick will poke through. This can be expected from cheaper generic versions, but not what I like to see from this brand name. I hope they will go back to using more cotton or have better quality control comparable to those pre pandemic. They are good, but be careful not to use too much pressure.
