It smells good, it has nice texture but it rolls off your skin if you touch it it “peels off”

Ok I was very skeptical about purchasing this product because it's a little high and I've felt like I have already tried everything for my dry skin on my face. My face is very flaky in the mornings and by the time the day is over it's flaky again on my forehead especially. I have tried day creams/ night creams, you name it. So I went on ahead and fearfully bought this in fear of "what if" i'm wasting more money of facial cream. I will be the one to say, i think this cream is a Miracle worker. I have had the smoothest face I have had in years. I do it twice a day for now, morning and night and I am very happy with what it has done for me. No more itchy flaky skin. It's so smooth it looks so pretty in mornings even with no make up :-) I'm one happy customer and this will be my top cream of all time. Time to throw out the other junk I've been trying. I really like this cream and believe it is making a difference in my skin. So I reordered. It arrived a week late. The amazon box had no bubble wrap, just the little box of cream. The product box was banged up and held together with a barcode label. The cream was upside down in its box. There was no secure plastic around the cap, nor any lid on the cream (inside the cap). I think was returned. I won't use it in this condition. I would like a new jar, and credit for the one I received. Returning this one.
