A good quality paste with a nice amount of spice and depth of flavour
I buy this Thai Green Curry paste in bulk from Amazon because it works out much cheaper than the supermarket and is better quality.

This is a good quality paste. Perfect for creating an authentic dish. As always peoples tastes vary and I tend to add a little additional coconut milk just to temper the heat and subdue the heat (Personal preference). However as a starting component this very good and has an authentic flavour, but you can always add to it whatever you like to create your own preferential flavour. My friend and colleague adds a little brown sugar, but then she has a sweet tooth!, Enjoy 👍🏻👍🏻
