Item is good for small room. For big room with AC it is not perfect. When you activate sleep mode it automatically goes to Min Mist settings. Quality is good. Remote control is useful. Easy for cleaning.

It's a very good product to be honest. Used it in Bangalore when the weather was too dry. The size is good especially it runs for 16-18 hours straight with full water. Very easy to use.

Awesome product... Helping us from heat waves... No sound .... Easy to carry and use anywhere..... Better than air cooler.... As we can use anywhere not required to think of AC as it able to manage heat... This with one fan enough to manage heat and getting room into normal temperature

I am extremely dissatisfied with this purchase; it was a regrettable waste of money. The warranty period of only 15 days is unacceptable, and the extended warranty contact information provided was unhelpful. I respectfully request a full refund. The product has malfunctioned within a month of purchase.

Had to return the initally received product as it stopped working in couple of days. Thereafter received exchange, which is working fine now.The product works as promised, but with few glitches.You cannot trust humidistat (humidity indicator) readings and filled tank may only last for about 12 to 14 hours.But the product is value for money considering other similar products in the market

It serves the purpose. After I bought this I realised that we don't actually need a humidifier for Indian whether. However if you are running AC at lower temparatures, the humidifier is very helpful. Assential oil thing is also working fine. The humidity percentage readings are erroneous not matching with actual percentages. Company might Need to work on it.
