Product fine, express delivery slow!
The product was fine (I had to order an HP because another cheaper brand would not work in my printer because it was 'an unauthorised product'). However, I was unimpressed by the express delivery which took 4 days for an extra £8.00. I've now made a mental note that cheaper alternative products can be a false economy (fortunately the inks work in my HP 100).

Drum? What Drum?
I didn't even know what this was until it flashed up on my printer "Imaging Drum low" - Help! I work from home and there were no instructions in English at all, and so I just fiddled with the machine until I found a flap where I realised this drum was and went onto good old Amazon and then found this wonderful company who not only sold this cheaper than anyone else, but I got it the next day - because I can assure you working from home you cannot afford to be out of these things for more than one day. I will definitely return to this company for more.
