It's tempting to think that there's a conspiracy afoot, when three of my favourite products become unavailable in shops. There's this handwash, an athlete's foot powder & a deodorant. All of them gone from the shelves but thankfully found within Amazon's walls. Even if I do have to purchase a year's worth at a time. Anyway, Wright's coal tar soap was always a favourite when I was growing up & as bar soap yielded to liquid handwash this became a regular purchase. There's nothing to dislike here. It has a distinctive old school fragrance which I prefer to more modern flowery/fruity scents & leaves the hands feeling fresh & clean. Apparently it contains tea tree oil too, which is a natural antiseptic. A very pleasant, economical, handwash. Probably a little overpriced for a single pack, but decent value if you want to stock up on a multiple order. Well worth it to keep the traditional names in the household.

I like the smell but my ex partner never did ..... it is an acquired scent, a bit like marmite, you either love it or hate it ..... I love it! It is more of a cleanser for the working man & therefore effective in cleansing against different working men's products for use around the house & garden. I bought 3 bottles & have a rolling order for every 2 months ...... keep em coming! ..... the only slight issue is the top not being a soap squirting dispenser ..... alot of people suggested because of the type ot top, its not much of a cleanser as you have to touch the bottle ...... Well? As far as I'm aware, you have to touch the bottle anyway to action the soap dispensing squirter ..... so in that respect, I have no problems with it ...... totally happy! I will continue purchasing this strong mens smelling scented cleanser glu g forward for sure ..... Wrights is the right way forward for me anyway! 😁🙏👌

Maybe its just me but I thought the smell was weaker than it used to be pre pandemic days? I expected thye would come with a dispenser but they do not so they are refills essentially. I have not been able to get liquid coal tar soap since pandemic - supermarkets tell me they cannot get it either - cerainly none in my area or surrounding towns have any. I thought getting tthis straight from manufacturer that it would be cheeper than in supermaket but it wasn't

Coal tar soap. Great smell. Good buy.

This coal tar liquid soap is just beautiful. Strips dirt off your hands without drying out your skin. Perfect if you need to wash your hands many times a day. However haven't been able to get it for months. Can't wait for it to be available again. It's as good quality as the 8-15 pound hand soaps I previously bought.

I bought this because we had a bar of weights soap that was amazing, the smell is so clean and fresh. However the liquid soap is disappointing, it just doesn't smell as good, it doesn't leave that long lasting fresh scent on your hands.
