I purchased after market brakes and rotors for a Lexus. There was a squeal I couldn't get rid of. This product didn't get rid of the squeal but it tremendously reduced it.

BG Stop Squeal
This stuff has always worked for me whenever completing a brake job. There is a little bit of normal smoke from the new brakes/ rotors but no noise whatsoever. Great product!

Was hopeful but did not work for me
Former ASE tech here. I have a minor squeal on my 2019 f150. As a tech, I have tried everything and I mean everything. Nothing seemed to changed it so I gave this stuff a shot. 4 coats and it made my minor squeal that I could have lived with 10 times worse immediately into an embarrassing situation every time I touch the pedal. Now, its new pads and pulling the discs to get them turned. There's a reason we never used this stuff before in the field. Im not saying it wont work for you, but I dont think it's much different then putting Crisco in instead on motor oil.

Didn't work
Had new brake pads installed but they squeaked on occasion. Purchased this item from a friend who said they used it. Followed directions, coated the brake pads, let them dry, re installed the pads. Worked for a week, then the squeak came back. Temporary fix at best.

This product works
Ive been using BG stop squael for a while, really works used it on all brake jobes ive done on my car. The way it works is that get a pie pan or something that you dont care putting the liquid in, then you take the brake, part the friction side that goes against the rotor, then you take the brake pad and evenly coat the friction side of the brake pad by dipping the pads surface allowing the liquid to even coat/soak into the pad material.

Really Makes the Squealing Stop
We had a malignant narcissist who would not stop squealing when he didn't get what he wanted. This product really did the trick! Really recommend to Stop the Squeal.
